Filter customization:

Huilong can design and manufacture custom oil, water and air filters according to customer’s needs. We also provide OEM service based on customer’s drawing. Our filter elements are interchangeable with products of world-famous brands like PALL, HYDAC, MAHLE, PARKER, ARGO, FILTREC, STAUFF, VICKERS, REXROTH, TAISEI KOGYO, EATON, MANN, MP-FILTRI, etc.
Oil tank customization:

Huilong offers customization service of hydraulic tanks and power steering tanks for agricultural machinery, engineering machinery and vehicles.
Hydraulic actuators and motion control customization:

the steering gearbox and steering column can be manufactured according to the client’s drawing. We provide customization service for a variety of agricultural machinery, construction machinery, sanitation vehicles, etc.
Ways of Cooperation
- Huilong designs and manufactures the product according to customer’s usage requirements like operating pressure, flow rate, connection size, filtration ratings, filter material, etc.
- Huilong designs and manufactures the product according to the sample that client provides.
- Huilong manufactures the product according to the drawing that client provides.
After-sales service
- Installation guidance.
- Operation and technical instructions.
- Spare and accessory parts supply.
- Quick response to customer’s requirements and inquires via phone or e-mail. Timely corrections and updates on products based on the advices collected from customers.
- If there was any product quality issues, Huilong will authorize the agent to provide maintenance or parts replacement service. Solutions will be given in 48h.

Huilong has factories and offices of over 30,000 square meters, more than 10 product patents and 96 employees, 8 of whom are senior engineers, which make sure that we have strong capabilities to provide customers with custom solutions of filters and hydraulic products.

Our factory is equipped with over hundreds of machining equipment, including vertical machining centers, CNC lathes, milling machines and so on. In addition to that, a variety of inspection equipment also assure the product quality, which include thermo ARL spectrometer, magnetic defect detector, sclerometer, pressure test device, flow resistance test device, densometer, salt spray test device and more.
