The filter head is made by ductile iron and the base is made by carbon structural steel to efficiently remove the solid contaminants in hydraulic fluids.

Different superior materials are available to make the filter to guarantee a maximum efficiency of solid contaminants removal from fluid. The differential pressure indicator and bypass valve are optional upon request.

- Return FiltersThe return filters are designed for fine filtration of the return oil in hydraulic systems. They can keep the return oil clean by removing the outside contaminants or progressive contamination caused by the wear of components, such as fibers, slag, rubber particles of sealing wear and metal particles of parts wear.
- Duplex FilterHuilong duplex filters are often mounted in the low pressure pipeline or oil return pipeline of hydraulic systems. The filter housing and the changeover valve are designed in accordance with the international standard. Stainless steel is available as the housing material upon customer’s request.
